Goel— Managing
Director of of iPolicy Networks
Rajeev Goel is the managing director of iPolicy Networks
which he helped establish. He brings
over 28 years of diverse corporate experience in
areas of marketing, sales and administration.
He is responsible for all aspects of the company's
operations. Previously he was a founding director
of Gateway Design Systems India, a subsidiary of
Gateway Design Systems, Inc.
that was acquired
by Cadence Design Systems.
Prior to that, Rajeev was a Senior VP in the Bhatia
Group of companies and led national sales & marketing for the entire
range of industrial products. Before that, he held
sales positions with Bakelite for the electronics
industry. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Technology
and a Master of Technology
degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur,
India. |

 C. P. Gurnani— President, International Operations
C.P. Gurnani has over 22 years of experience encompassing several
leading positions with Perot Systems and HCL Corporation. Prior to
joining Tech Mahindra, C.P. Gurnani was the Chief Operating Officer
and Executive Vice President Perot Systems TSI (India) Limited. C.P. Gurnani orchestrated the joint venture - HCL Perot Systems - from inception to a US $120million company. As one of the founding members of the company, he helped create a work culture and a strategic direction, which made HPS one of the youngest and most successful Indian IT software companies. C.P. Gurnani has extensive experience in international business development, start-ups and turnarounds, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions. He is presently President, International operations at Tech Mahindra Limited. |

 Sonjoy Anand—Chief Financial Officer
Sonjoy Anand has 20 years of experience in a range of Financial and General Management roles. He has been Chief Executive for a portfolio of businesses with ICI Plc. He was Finance Director for a global business based in the UK with additional responsibility for the Procurement and Information Technology functions. Sonjoy has rich M & A experience covering acquisitions, divestments and formation of a Joint Venture. He is presently CFO of Tech Mahindra Limited. |

 Milind Kulkarni—Vice President Finance
Milind Kulkarni is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience. He has handled range of financial & commercial roles over last two decades. He has rich exp in taxation both domestic and international & has handled fund raising including Public Issues. He has been a member of senior management team which has successfully achieved ambitious growth. He is presently Vice President Finance of Tech Mahindra Limited. |

 Atanu Sarkar—Head - Legal & Secretarial
Atanu Sarkar has over 22 years of experience in a range of Legal, Arbritation, Copy rights, Patents and Secretarial matters. He was earlier Head of M & A practice of ICI India Limited. He had carried out multiple acquisition, disvestment & Joint venture. He had also worked for Tata Robin Fraser, wherein he was handling Artibration He is presently Head - Legal & Secretarial of Tech Mahindra Limited. |
